In March 2020 as we were all beginning to grasp the longer term effects on Childrens’ Ministry as usual we were notified that our scheduled camp had to be cancelled.  Refusing to give up, we began to explore alternatives… that is where SUMA entered our story.  We partnered with another church and reached out to see what we could do while adhearing to Social Distancing and other safety procedures related to COVID.  The team at SUMA partnered with us and mad it a camp the kids will be talking about for years to come.  The flexibility and servant’s heart of the staff made it almost impossible to tell wher they ended and our team began – we were ONE with a common goal to share the love of Jesus with the kids and keep them safe.  Thank you!
