Frazer Hall
Our lodging options are designed for comfort and flexibility. The Frazer Hall Suites feature double-bed accommodations with shared bathrooms, perfect for small groups or families. The Frazer Hall Private Rooms offer a more private, hotel-style experience with modern amenities to ensure a relaxing stay.
The Office Cottage
Our newly renovated Office Cottage provides a modern beachside retreat. With a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and luxurious bedroom, it offers the perfect home-away-from-home feel for couples or small families looking to enjoy the tranquility of the Gulf Coast.
The Dormitory
Ideal for large groups, the Dormitory consists of 8 units, each accommodating up to 20 people. Designed for youth groups, family reunions, or team retreats, the dormitory offers communal living that fosters connection and shared experiences in a comfortable, functional setting.
Meeting Spaces
Seashore Assembly provides a range of meeting spaces tailored to suit your event. The Casey Center accommodates up to 80 people with breakout rooms for smaller sessions, while the outdoor Shoo-fly and Pavilion offer picturesque settings for gatherings of up to 70 people. For larger events, Leggett United Methodist Church offers a beautiful sanctuary and fellowship hall.
